Line to Take
Normally we would expect refugee relief to be financed from refugee funds but
it is open to UNHCR to seek emergency aid from the UK following some
catastrophe (eg sudden and unexpected influx of refugees) when an appeal (to
the Disaster and Refugee Unit in ODA) will be sympathetically considered.
Background
Disaster and Refugee Unit in ODA is one organisation and attempts to dovetail
disaster and refugee relief.
