the Voluntary Funds Requirements for 1986 and 1987 (A/AC.96/684). A periodic letter from the Head of Fund Raising Services dated September 1986 will also be available to the Sub-Committee.
The Head of Fund Raising Services will give an analysis of the financial situation facing UNHCR.

UNHCR's approach to improved programme delivery and to project evaluation
Under this item, the Committee will have before it a Note on UNHCR Evaluation of Assistance Activities (EC/SC.2/31) and a report of the Joint Inspection Unit on the role of UNHCR in Africa (A/41/380), as well as the Secretary-General's comments on that report which will be issued under cover of document EC/SC.2/33.
