Vietnamese Refugees in Hong Kong: Resettlement in France

Thank you for your letter of 14 November 1986. We are grateful for your efforts on our behalf. We are hoping that the efforts of ESF and others here will be rewarded. The refugees in particular will be bitterly disappointed if resettlement does not materialise as a result of their efforts to learn French.
