We propose to draw on the contents of FCO telno 75 to Hanoi, but would also appreciate comments on the teleletter from Mr Jeafferson in Hong Kong of 6 May concerning the Vietnamese Government treatment of returning refugees and any other updated information that you or other recipients of this letter can let us have by close of play on 11 June.
