I suspect that this is another example of the helpful publicity generated by the UNHCR's infamous "Camp on Lantau Island".

You may wish to know that Lord Chitnis asked for this film to be updated by the UNHCR, using the same producer/ director. We took the opportunity of a co-incident approach from a European TV team to make a documentary on Vietnamese refugees to deflect this approach. The husband and wife team the Maternas made a film in Hei Ling Chau. We understand that it will be widely distributed throughout Europe.
