I would trust that we will be using our efforts with other governments to try to absorb this 8500 because unless they are criminals although I can understand the difficulty of getting large numbers out from Vietnam by illegal methods nonetheless it would seem to be wrong to treat genuine refugees as and therefore I would hope that we might manage to get them out as soon as possible and certainly there should be a steady moving out.
I will come back to you if I have any issues that have been brought to my attention as I have asked Dr. McComish and others to give me any details if there is particular individuals who may need special help.
