There are two communal toilet/shower facilities. Cooking facilities are not provided; two cooked meals are supplied daily by the Social Welfare Department. All refugees receive a weekly supplementary food packet consisting of biscuits, tinned milk and fruit. Diets are approved by the Director of
persons on double and triple tiered bunks.

The voluntary organization "World Relief" provides social services catering to the needs of the refugees. World Relief has set up class-rooms for the refugees (both adults and children) to learn different languages; they also operate a games-room for the children. Cutdoor and indoor activities are provided for all refugees.
Future use of the site

The site is earmarked for two medical developments an extension of St. Teresa's Hospital and the proposed Medical & Health Department Kowloon Headquarters. The site will have to be released as and when these development plans are finalised.
