I have been asked by Martin Smyth to raise with you the question of Vietnamese refugees who are being held in camps in Hong Kong by HM Government.

I wonder if it would be possible for you to provide information about the conditions in these camps, and the way in which they are being treated. Representations have been made on their behalf and allegations of ill treatement are being made and it would help if we could have information from the Government's point of view.
