Hei Ling Closed Centre
This camp situated at Hei Ling Chau Island was opened on September 1983 to provide room for 2 500 VRS arriving after the implementation of the Closed Centre Policy.
It is managed by a Superintendent of Correctional Services Department assisted by a Chief Officer and a body of Supporting staff.
The camp has all the facilities of Chi Ma Wan including a medical clinic and sick-bay. There are 12 doritories and two service ceatres which will be used as dining hall and roca for elcational activities, rosas and so on.
