Kaysone Phomvihane said that this reform in doing away with subsidized management of enterprises into a financially viable bussiness might pose a lot of difficulties that requires time and patience but we

are sure to win.

The meeting then unanimously adopted the resolution of the Council of Ministers on the transforming of economic sectors into financially viable activities. The meeting expressed its determination to realise the resolution by the end of this year in view to salute the forthcoming 4th Congress of the Party.
