It appears from available information that 249 cases are in need of resettlement as a matter of priority. 236 cases present purely organic diseases or handicaps. Out of these, 93 cases suffer from one stable handicap or disease, 42 cases present one purely organic evolving disease whereas the 141 remaining suffer simultaneously from more than one handicap/disease which could be stable or evolving.
