(2) A person who comes under any one of the
following categories and who has a sure guarantor
or who is expected to take up any employment which
is considered to be sufficient to support himself,
as well as; that person's spouse, parent, child,
or other accompanying relative who is recognized
as being capable of living in mutual support.
A person who had once been employed by
a Japanese diplomatic mission or enterprise abroad
for a considerable period

(b) A person who had lawfully resided in Japan
for a considerable period as a student, or trainee,
or under other status
(c) A person who had once been hired as a personal
employee by a Japanese national for a considerable
period.
(a) A person who had studied the Japanese
language, vocational techniques, judo, etc. from
Japanese experts or members of the Japan Overseas
Cooperation Volunteers at technical training centers
established with the assistance of the Government of
Japan or Japanese governmental organizations
