The Representative of the Netherlands queried if UNHCR had invited only those countries present at the meeting. He encouraged UNHCR to broaden the circle of countries willing to consider resettlement activities.

CONCLUSION

Mr. Issaka informed participants that UNHCR would contact the Missions in the near future to pursue bilateral discussions and to arrange for further meetings as appropriate.
