EMPLOYMENT AGENCY (AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1986

Made by the Governor in Council under

section 62

Citation.

Amendment of regulation 3. (Cap. 57, sub. leg.)

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Employment

Agency (Amendment) Regulations 1986.

2.

Regulation 3(1) of the principal regulations

is amended by deleting "$300" and substituting the

following -

COUNCIL CHAMBER,

1986.

"$400".

Explanatory Note

These regulations increase from $300 to $400 the

fee on an application for the issue or renewal of an

employment agency licence.
