(i) the Road Company and the guarantors, if

given under sub-paragraph (i) of that subsection;

(ii) the Road Company, if given under

sub-paragraph (ii) (A) of that subsection; or

(iii) the Rail Company, if given under

sub-paragraph (ii) (B) of that subsection,

and shall, as soon as practicable thereafter, be published

in the Gazette.

Effect of

winding up of

70. (1) All rights and obligations of both the Road

the Companies, Company and the Rail Company under this Ordinance shall

termination
