DEVELOPMENT OF JUNK BAY NEW TOWN

TRANSPORT LINKS TO JUNK BAY

Introduction

On 14 September 1982, having considered memorandum XCR (82)209, Members advised and the Governor ordered-

" (a) that Junk Bay should be developed as a new

town, subject to the

At the Council's Meeting on 21 March 1984, Mr. O.V. Cheung asked what steps had been taken to improve the planned road access to Junk Bay New Town following that part of the Council's advice quoted in paragraph 1(b) above, and the Governor directed that an information note on the subject should be prepared.
