Jing to efuse to register under that Part any ship in respect of which an application for registration has been received unless the Minister is satisfied that it is under 500 tons gross or regardless of its size it has a clear economic connection with the territory_7 and having regard to the safety, health, and welfare of the seamen employed therin, or otherwise, it is not detrimental to the interests of the territory or international merchant shipping for the ship to be registered in the territory; and
b. direct the Registrar of British Ships to remove within [X] months any ships currently on the register that do not meet the conditions for registration set out in sub-section a above; and
c. by Order describe classes of ships which the Registrarof British Ships shall
refuse to register under that Part.
