(a) in subsection (1) by deleting paragraph (a) and

substituting the following

"(a) having regard to the exceptional nature

of the building or other works

or the operation of the railways; and";

(b) in subsection (2)

-

(i) by deleting "railway" and substituting

the following

"Kowloon-Canton Railway";
