"(3) Part IX of the Public Health and
Municipal Services Ordinance shall not apply
to any advertisements erected in accordance
with paragraph 3(c) of the Fifth Schedule and
any conditions imposed under that paragraph.".

The principal Ordinance is amended by adding
after section 35 the following
"Public Bus
Services
Ordinance not
to apply to
35A. The Public Bus Services Ordinance
shall not apply to any bus service operated
Corporation's by or on behalf of the Corporation within the
bus services
within the
North-west
Transit
Service Area.
