I, CHAN Yuen-tek, holder of Identity Card No. D113879 and owner

of Block G, 22nd floor, Seaview Mansion, 85 Connaught Road West, went to the Central and Western District Office on 21 January 1986 to study the
plans and scheme of the captioned works and found that the works would
affect my property in the manner described below. I therefore object
to the execution of the works.

1. The appearance of our building will be affected by the vehicular
flyover which crosses right in front of our building.
2. The flyover, with two uphill lanes and one downhill lane, will cause
noise pollution, thus affecting my everyday life and my sleep..
3. The works,during the period of execution, will bring inconvenience and an
unhygienic enviroment to all residents in the vicinity.
4. After completion of the vehicular flyover, the value of my property
will drop and I will suffer great losses.
