THE ROAD TRAFFIC (DRIVING-OFFENCE POINTS) (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1986
(No. 44 of 1986)
The amendments in this Ordinance relate to penalty points incurred for driving offences.
2. The amendment in section 2 requires the Commissioner for Transport to serve notice on a person who has incurred 8 points.
3. The amendments in section 3 prescribe a graduated scale of points for speeding offences.
4. Before the Acting Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
