We also understand that the implementation and timing of such

measures are part of the overall scheme of the works and cannot be delayed.

Our company therefore agree to the decision of withdrawing the

previous objection. However, we wish to reserve the right to oleim

compensation for all losses arising from the works, such as the wear and tear

of our goods, the drop in business, the damage to equipaent, etc.
