(i) his condition is such

as to be offensive to other

passengers; or

(ii) the condition of his

clothing is such that it may

be reasonably expected to

soil or injure any lining,

cushion, seat or other part

of the bus.

(3)

No passenger or intending

passenger shall -

(a) use obscene or offensive

language or conduct himself

in a disorderly manner;

(b)

wilfully obstruct, impede or

distract the driver of the

bus or any authorized person;

(c)

wilfully do or cause to be

done with respect to any part

of the bus or its equipment,

anything which
