remain on the bus after the

driver, an authorized person

or police officer has

requested him to leave the

bus on the ground that

(i) the petrol or oil

tank of the bus is to be

filled; or

(ii) by reason of any

enactment or by reason of any

condition of the franchise,

no passenger is permitted to

remain on the bus at the

place in question;

(m)

remain on the bus after the

driver, an authorized person

or police officer has

requested him to leave the

bus on the ground that

—

(i) his condition is such

as to be offensive to other

passengers; or
