be interpreted by the driver

as a signal from a conductor

to start the bus;

(g)

travel

(i)

in any part of the

bus which is not provided for

the carriage of passengers as

indicated by any notice placed

in the vicinity of that part;

(ii) on the stairway, in

the doorway, or by standing in

any part of the bus where it

is indicated by any notice

placed in the vicinity of that

part that standing in that part

is not permitted;

(iii) on the upper deck

of the bus unless he occupies

a seat; or

(iv) with his feet on any

seat;
