ROAD TRAFFIC (PUBLIC SERVICE VEHICLES)

(AMENDMENT) REGULATIONS 1986

Made by the Governor in Council under section 7

Citation and commencement.

1.

These regulations may be cited as the Road

Traffic (Public Service Vehicles) (Amendment) Regulations

1986 and shall come into operation on a day to be

appointed by the Commissioner for Transport by notice

in the Gazette.

Amendment of

Fifth

Schedule.

(Cap. 374 sub. leg.).

2. The Fifth Schedule to the principal regulations

is amended

-

(a)

in item 2, by deleting "$3.30" and "70

cents" and substituting "$4.00" and "80

cents" respectively;

(b) in item 3(ii), by deleting "70 cents"

and substituting "80 cents"; and

(c)

in item 4, by inserting after sub-item

(ii) the following

"(iia)
