Scheme annexed to Flan No. H 5082 describing the proposed

reconstruction of Des Voeux Road Central between"

Wing Wo Street and Morrison Street

The scheme involves the following:

i) Reconstruction of the carriageway and part of the footpath

of Des Voeux Road Central between Wing Wo Street and

Morrison Street to a level about 300mm higher than the

existing level.

Reconstruction of the footpaths and carriageways of sections

of the side roads including Morrison Street, Cleverly Street,

Hillier Street, Man W. Lane and Funsey Street to suit the

proposed higher level of Des Voeux Road Central.

(iii) Replacement of the single tran tracks along Cleverly

Street and Morrison Street by double tracks.

(iv) Reconstruction and upgrading of the stormwater and sewage

drainage systems within this area.

It will be necessary for rights of temporary occupation of

the following land to be created in favour of the Crown under section

15 of the above-mentioned Ordinance for the purposes of the said

works. The details are set out below
