The right-turn pocket on Connaught Road westbound carriageway east of Queen Victoria Street, and the road crossings between the eastbound and westbound carriageways of Connaught Road Central at Queen Victoria Street and at Jubilee Street, will be closed permanently. These sections of roads to be closed are delineated blue on Plan No. HH 5246;

The right-turn pocket on Connaught Road westbound' carriageway east of Gilman Street and the crossing between the eastbound and westbound carriageways of Connaught Road Central at Gilman Street, will be closed permanently. These sections of roads to be closed are delineated red on Plan No. 5247;

The existing bus terminus south of the new Macau Ferry Terminal will be closed;

The existing ingress to and egress from areas south and west of the new Macau Ferry Terminal, together with the road network within the areas, will be midified as shown on Flan Nos. HR 5247 and HH 5248. The new ingress will be via the service road west of the new bus terminus and the new egress will be south of the new Macau Ferry Terminal;

The sections of Queen Street North on the Western Reclamation, as delineated brown on Plan No. HH 5248, will be closed. Frior to closure, the slip roads to and out of the Western Reclamation will be constructed;

Portions of the existing/new footpaths and segregation islands on Connaught Road West at Morrison Street and Tung Hing Lane will be closed and occupied by columns and staircases of the new Morrison Street Footbridge and Tung Hing Lane Footbridge. These portions of footpaths to be closed are delineated and hatched red on Plan No. HH 5248;
