Its Function in Diagnosis of Liver and Gall Diseases
The correlated micro-matters in the blood serum of patients
suffering from hepatitis B which can be detected by RIA are:
(1) Hepatitis B's surface antigens and antibodies (positive rate.
of diagnosis of acute hepatitis reaching 98%); (2) Hepatitis B's
nucleus antigens and antibodies (positive rate of diagnosis of
hepatitis reaching 87%); (3) Hepatitis B's e-antigens and e-
antibodies (positive rate of diagnosis of hepatitis reaching
70%). At present, the detection of these matters can all
adopt the RIA kit, especially
suitable for large-population
general survey.
The
Whether or not the human liver function is normal is closely
related with the change of density of the cholic acid in the blood.
measuring of the density of glyco-cholic acid in the blood
serum is helpful to the diagnosis of acute hepatitis, cirr-
hosis and cholestasis. RIA is more sensitive than the con-
ventional methods like SGDT, SGOT, CPK and the bilirubin method.
