CONVENTION ON EARLY NOTIFICATION OF A NUCLEAR ACCIDENT

Communication from the People's Republic of China

The Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency,

acting in his capacity as the depositary of the above-mentioned

Convention, has the honour to transmit herewith the attached

communication dated 24 November 1986 received from the Government

of the People's Republic of China with respect to Article 3 of the

said Convention which was signed by the Government on

26 September 1986 as indicated in my circular letter N5.55.2/N5.55.3

of 24 October 1986.
