Please find attached a copy of a resolution which was passed unamimously at the recent conference of Friends of the Earth International in Penang, Malaysia.
This resolution will be publicised in all 33 countries where Friends of the Earth is active.
May we take this opportunity to reiterate HK Friends of the Earth's complete opposition to the Daya Bay on safety and environmental grounds, and to request your government to reconsider its decision to proceed with the project.
