2. The Leader's office has now asked us to ensure that all briefing on EDM's is updated, where necessary, for two to 11 Desene calender months after the initial briefing was supplied.

Would you therefore please consider now and for an appropriate period thereafter whether your original briefing for the above EDM requires updating, bearing in mind the summer recess period of 1 August to 20 October should not be counted for the purpose of this exercise.
