TIJ WAY
The information requested for chapter 6 of the Phase II Accident
Assessment Technical Report is collected herein, for convenience, from
documents already presented to H.K.G. There are no new requests. The
material consists of:
a)
Pages 20-23 and figures 5.1 and 5.2 of the Phase I Accident
Assessment Report.
b)
Attachment A to the same Report.
c)
Attachment B to the same Report.
a)
Page 12 of the Addendum to that Report, which contained replies
to telexed queries and which was sent to H.K.G. under cover of
Mr. Wade's letter of 7/5/86.
To avoid confusion the original page numbering has been retained herein.
