The summary report shall be submitted to the HKG within 3 (three) months of the submission of the report on the revised ERL's or of notification that comment on revised ERL's is not required provided sufficient liaison between the HKG and the consultants can be arranged during this period.

The consultants shall make a two man-visit to Hong Kong to discuss the summary report at a late stage in the drafting (additional to the visits referred to in 4.2.6).
