Since its establishment, NNSA has almost completed the

formation of

nuclear safety monitoring teams, as well as the

setting and

regulations. It is now undertaking the safety analysis, retrospective review and inspection of the Qinshan Nuclear Power Plant. It is also preparing to evaluate the Preliminary Safety

Analysis Report of the Guangdong Nuclear Plant; it is also

organizing all related institutes and schools to carry out research work on major topics related to nuclear safety.

We shall comply with the instruction of the State Council to speed up with in the drafting and improving on nuclear safety regulations. At the same time, we will ensure strict adherence to and enforcement of the law, loyally fulfilling our

sacred duty of ensuring the safety of our nation's nuclear

installations.
