PROVISIONAL: AGENDA

In accordance with Rule 6 of the Rules of Procedure of the General Conference [1], the Director General hereby notifies all Members of the Agency that a special session of the General Conference will open in the Kongresszentrum, Neue Hofburg, Vienna, on Wednesday, 24 September 1986, at 10 a.m. Pursuant to Rule 3 of the Rules of Procedure, this session is being convened by the Director General following a request made by the

Board of Governors on 13 June 1986.

Pursuant to Rule 16, the Director General has drawn up the attached provisional agenda for the session in consultation with the Board of Governors. In the annotation to each item a suggestion is made as to

where it should first be discussed.
