は equipment (they have a special relationship with the China Light and Power Company which has been built up over many many years). It should also be noted that the Prime Minister will be meeting the Governor of Hong Kong and his Executive Council on the 10th or 12th of September.

It may be that Dr. Cullen will be approached on this matter during his visit to Hong Kong. He should therefore be aware of the political sensitivity surrounding the project and also the importance HMG attaches to UK Limited' obtaining work as result.
