With the release to LEGCO of the feasibility study reports, you will be interested to see what has been written about safety aspects. Therefore I attach an extract from Part 3 (Equipment Study Report) dealing with standards and regulations. Part 5 (Site Selection Report) deals at some length with environmental impact and should you wish to see this we have a copy in the DTI.
