I have now spoken to Mr Wilmshurst, who is on leave in the UK until the end of the month. In principle he is willing to offer hospitality to the delegation but will not be able to confirm this until he is back in Vienna and has been able to check his other commitments. Naturally the delegation will do their best to provide briefing and assistance, UKMIS Vienna telno 1 to Hong Kong is also relevant.
