A letter summarising the conclusions of the working party was given restricted circulation to legal bodies such as the Bar Association and the Law Society, as well as to leading trade and industrial organisations in Hong Kong (but not the China Patent Agent). I enclose a copy of the letter and a summary of the responses to date. We shall keep you informed of developments.
