*Delɛgatiɔn accepts the Report of the sub-Committee, and wishes, to take this occasion to congratulate these three territories, Jarma, Ceylon and Southern Rhodesia upon their admission.

Be contracting parties for the purposes of the present agreement. We wish also to extend to them & warm welcome, all the more so as we have concluded our tariff negotiations with Burma, while those between Ceylon and Ching are also neering completion

On page 4, third line an the page, after the words "establishing the above-mentioned feot" to insert comma, and then in porégraph 3 immediately below,

comes the point to which M. Royer has quoted, namely that we

should insert in the third line of the inset passage, whore the

esterisk occurs, the words "in the footnotes". I think it will

obvious that it is essential to add those wɔrda
