had circulated this morning the report of the ad hoc sub-Com on relations between the Protocol of Signature and the Prod of Provisional Application. This report has not yet been the hands of the Committee for 24 hours, but as a decision report of this sub-Committes might well take the question Reservations, I would like to obtain the sense of the Commit as to whether they would first of all like to deal with the report of this sub-Committee or take up now the paragraph Final Act which refers to Reservations.

I might say that the Report of the sub-Committee is pont in Document E/PC/T/199.

Will the Committee be in accord with postponing considerartek of the Protocol deeling with reletions with Germany, Japan EDI.
