In the absence of representation from Burma, Ceylon and Southern

Rhodesia, I will do my best to convey to them the king congratulations

which the Delegate of Chine hne expressed.

I should like to

edd two very minute points on the text. On page 4, third line

on the page, after the words "establishing the above-mentioned

fect" to insert comma, and ther in porégraph 3 immediately below,

comes the point to which M. Royer has quoted, namely that we

should insert in the third line of the inset passsge, whore the

esterisk occurs, the words "in the footnotes". I think it will

te obvious that it is essential to add those worda.
