b. The loans were provided from the Bank's ordinary lending resources (not the
concessional Asian Development Fund) at interest rates current at the time
of approval which vary between 7.5% and 9.5%. Four loans had maturities of
13 years with a 3 years grace period; the fifth (sewage treatment) loan
wasfor 15 years with 5 years grace period.
