New commitments likely to be undertaken by Hong Kong between now and 1997

In addition to the new shares to be purchased under the current (third) capital increase, Hong Kong may wish to participate in subsequent capital increases which will probably take place in 1988 and 1993.

2. Should Kong Kong seek any future loan, that would be considered on its

merits at the time.

3. The Chinese Government would be consulted.
