THE COMMUNITY CHEST OF HONG KONG (AMENDMENT) ORDINANCE 1986
(No. 38 of 1986)
This Ordinance amends the Community Chest of Hong Kong Ordinance so as to expressly empower the Community Chest of Hong Kong to place moneys on deposit in any registered or licensed deposit-taking company.
2.
Opportunity has been taken to amend "the Colony"
to "Hong Kong" in the principal Ordinance.
3. Before the Governor assented to the Bill in the name and on behalf of Her Majesty, the Attorney General advised that he could properly do so.
