In accordance with Colonial Regulation 267 and section 12 of the Audit Ordinance

Ordinance (Cap 122) I hereby transmit a copy of the report of the Director of Audit on the accounts of the Hong Kong Government for the year ended 31 March 1986. Section 12 of the Audit Ordinance also requires that the report be laid before the Legislative Council; this was done on 19 November 1986.
