registered increases in real terms in the first half of 1986

period same
last
year.
For
instance,
the
domestic
exports of clothing grew by about 12% in real terms, textiles by about 29%, and watches and clocks by about 22%. Domestic exports of metal scrap, domestic electrical appliances, electronic components, and travel goods, handbags and similar articles decreased in real terms; but they together accounted for only 9% of the total value of domestic exports.
