We were grateful for your prompt action on receipt. of BTC Hong Kong's Telegram no Indus 54, and also for your assurance that IDB are fully alive to the strong sensitivities that would surround too obtrusive an investment promotion profile in Hong Kong.

We would of course be grateful if you would do what you can to ensure that IDB continue to bear these sensitivities in mind in their activities in Hong Kong, and let us know if at any stage you foresee difficulties. For our part we shall keep in close touch with BTC Hong Kong. Perhaps we could contact you again if any further problems arise.
