I suggest you book four rooms for 20-22 November inclusive (to cover David Wilson, Christopher Hum, Peter Thomson and one spare). This overlaps by a night with the block booking Peking have made at the Jianguo (their telno 1361), but better, I think, to keep our options open for the moment.

You might like to have a word with the BTC just to keep them informed and to check whether they have any arrangements with particular hotels when FCO staff visit Hong Kong.
